Lost And Found

There are two ways to report a lost item:


To report lost items you will need to provide:
  • The specific lost item
  • A detailed description and any unique characteristic of your lost item
  • The bus route number (ex: Line 2/302) or
  • The train line name/color and
  • The date, time of day and direction of travel when the item was lost

Use our online system to report a lost item.

number one Submit your lost item, using the online form.
number two The report will be entered into the Lost and found system.
number three You will receive a reference number for future use when making future inquiries

Closed major holidays

Please wait (3) business days, excluding weekends and major holidays, before going to Lost & Found to verify if your item has been recovered. You must visit the address above; provide a valid photo identification and your reference number to retrieve a lost item.
