There are two ways to report a lost item:
To report lost items you will need to provide:
- The specific lost item
- A detailed description and any unique characteristic of your lost item
- The bus route number (ex: Line 2/302) or
- The train line name/color and
- The date, time of day and direction of travel when the item was lost

Please wait (3) business days, excluding weekends and major holidays, before going to Lost & Found to verify if your item has been recovered. You must visit the address above; provide a valid photo identification and your reference number to retrieve a lost item.
