There are two ways to report a lost item to Metro:
Tips to recover lost items:
- Be ready to provide a detailed description or a unique characteristic of an item.
- Jotting down the following information can help:
- Bus route number (ex: Line 2/302)
- Bus or train car number
- Train line
- Station name
- Date, time of day and direction of travel
